Good info… and great view from your office but thought the video was too close and the lighting because of the backdrop was too bright. Regardless, cool idea with the video blog!

  5. James on June 2, 2008 5:40 pm

Looks good. Thank you for the update

    Hi Joe,

I really liked it…good information, straight up and to the point. Good advice for those looking to lock in…that was always the question I heard when I was a lender (When should I lock in?). I think this will be a valuable tool for your clients and prospects.

    Thanks everyone for the comments.

Cyndee - I’ll keep them coming.
Sal - I’ll look into the video, thanks.
Aaron C - Information is key in this day and age, I agree with your comment about having a lasting effect.
Belinda - The lighting was the biggest suggestion to correct, I’ll work on that in future videos. I will also be moving the camera back a few feet as well.
James - You are welcome. Thanks for visiting my blog site and video.
Lovelle - I think people need to have this information available to them so they can make a better decision on when to lock in their rate. Thanks for visiting and let’s get together for lunch soon.
Melissa - I like the video format as well, I think it is much easier for people to view a 2 minute video then it is to read an article that may take 5-7 minutes.
Mike - I’ll keep the great work and customer service coming, thanks for visiting.
Ken - thanks for taking the time to visit and view.
Cheryl - thanks for the critique, I’ll work on future videos. I appreciate you stopping by and taking the time to view the post/video.
Aaron - we should get together and catch up. Thanks for spending a few minutes on my blog-site and for the comments.

Not bad, I must say there is alot of info in such a short and to the point video. Very professional and I must say you can be the weather man someday.

Bravo Zulu Giuseppi! I thought it was a good run. Add this if you want; the IRS link (official) to check on the status of stimulus packages for those that have not received it yet:

    Hey Joe,

Sweet video. I wish I was charismatic enough to pull something like that off. I suggest using a room with tungsten or daylight balanced light bulbs to get rid of the yellowish tint and I’d keep the window out of the video since it fools your camera into thinking it’s brighter than it is.

  19. Joe Bartolotta on June 5, 2008 1:40 pm

Venny - thanks, it is nice to know that I may be able to have a “fall back” career option.
Kelly - thanks for the comment and taking the time to view the video.
Amanda - thanks as well for the comment & the time you took to view the video.
Nancy - thank you for the critique.
Leon - I appreciate the info
Hojin - I am sure you are charismatic enough to pull it off. I appreciate the tip on lighting, I have been looking into lighting since most people suggested correcting it. Let’s get together soon.

    Thanks everyone

First video huh? Not bad for a first time around! Not too long, not too short and great information!

The only thing I would consider for future videos is the lighting (as some others have suggested). Otherwise, it should be a great series.
